Our firm is owned by two experienced estate planning attorneys.
Partner Sophia Kim Sakamoto has over 15+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, probate and business law. In addition, her background in trust and civil litigation, business, contract, and real estate law gives her clients the added benefit of drafting a complete and customized estate plan that best suits their individual needs. Partner Stephanie L. Ruelas brings a wealth of experience to the firm, having practiced exclusively in the area of probate law since the inception of her legal career in 2012. Ms. Ruelas is skilled in all areas of Wills and Trusts law, including the areas of estate planning, decedent’s estates, trust administration, conservatorships, guardianships and probate litigation. Associate Attorney ennifer Rovelli After law school, Ms. Rovelli gained experience in complex commercial litigation at a large law firm in Los Angeles, in family law at a boutique family law firm in Austin, Texas, and as a Pro Se Staff Attorney at the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
